I have worked for a bereavement agency in London and I have specific skills and experience to support individuals with the grieving process that often occurs when something or someone you care about is taken away.

Alongside my counselling I also work in a hostel supporting residents  16-25yrs to develop their social skills and manage their overall wellbeing. My job puts me in daily contact with young people suffering with anxiety, depression and suicidal thoughts. I have spent 100’s of hours sitting with young people and helping them through their difficulties. I have gained a lot of knowledge, experience and practical tools around anxiety and depression which I can offer to clients if appropriate.

I am a member of the regulatory body BACP which is a professional association for members of the counselling professions. The BACP provides an ethical framework to which I adhere to and which is aligned with my views of being committed to sustaining and advancing good practice.
